Anyone who wants to improve their health
Led by a registered nurse with almost 20 years of experience in weight management, this group will provide participants with the information and accountability needed to walk the path to physical health and wellness. You’ll review realistic goals and how food and fitness will help you achieve those goals. You’ll learn about how to stay motivated during stressful times and what is needed for long-term success. We’re here to help you each step of the way. Join others from all walks of life as you take a step to freedom and health.
Tuesday evenings, starting January 3
$109 per person if registered before December 25, and $119 per person after 12/25. Registration deadline 12/29.
